FERPA Law and Confidentiality rights

• All IVC Dual Enrollment students, regardless if the student is under the age of 18, also have rights to FERPA and Confidentiality Guidelines.
• Please refer to our Privacy Act guidelines: FERPA (Privacy Act)
• To be able to be granted access to your student’s Academic Records, the student must submit a Student Information Release Authorization below: Student Information Release Authorization Form
