• As a student, you get free access to Microsoft Office 365. Here’s what you can do with it: 
• Download and install Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote on your computer. 
• Use the online version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote 
• Access OneDrive for cloud storage from any device without internet 
• Download Microsoft Office apps on iPhone, iPad, Android, or Windows devices. 

1. Log in to your IVC student email through the IVC homepage or   outlook.office365.com 
2. Click on the grid menu (9 dots) at the top left of the screen and select Microsoft 365
3. In the top right of the page, you’ll see a button that says “Install Microsoft 365”- click on it.
4. Click on “Install Office”
5. Once installed, sign in using your IVC email 

To check your student email, follow these steps: 

• Go to the IVC homepage (imperial.edu). 
• At the top right, click on the "Login" menu. 
• Select "Student Email Login." 
• Sign in using your IVC student email and password. 

Pronto is a messaging app that allows you to communicate easily with your instructor and classmates. It’s like a group chat where you can: 

• Send messages instantly 
• Share files, pictures, and videos 
• Join video calls for virtual meetings 
• Ask questions and get quick replies
